Music Video Project

For a Project we had to choose a holiday song and make a music video. You had to chees a group to work with, film, edit, and upload the video to YouTube (and make sure that it was public). It was pretty fun for the most part but, there were some times where my group members were annoying.

My Steps and Progress

First our teacher made us find a song and make a shot list ( a piece of paper with how long each shot in the music video would last). It took a while because we had to find out how many second were in 11 seconds and so on. after that we made a story board. We thought about so many different ideas. We erased and re did it a couple of times until we reached something we all liked. We started filming what we had on our story board. I was out for the last half of filming but, since I had already done all my parts it was ok. The team leader edited the video and asked me to make sure that all the transitions looked ok and that the music synched up with what we filmed. We uploaded it to YouTube and sent the link to our teacher. By the way the song we chose was 12 day's of Christmas by Relient K.

Conclusion

Overall, it was pretty fun (even if I wasn't there for the last bit). We laughed and had a couple of arguments.
