Editing-

While we put all of our shots together we had to start editing. We pulled the color out of the flash back scenes and lowered the exposure, giving them a more faded look indicating that those shots where a look back to the past, less vivid. Most of the transitions used while editing were cross fades and fade in/out to show that certain shots were meant to blend together. Also because they helped the film flow smoother. We still need to add the background music using a website that provides royalty free music.

Tech-Equipment

The only thing we used to film was a phone (my phone). We used WeVideo to put our shots together and edit our film. It's easy to use. we have to share the account with other teams though. I learned that editing softwares are really complex. They can remove backgrounds and add in a completely new background. They can also mute single shots and leave others at full volumes. You can change the hue.

Changes & Difficulties

Some difficulties we encountered were with the editing software. Our teacher had planned for us to use another editing software but we ended up having some problems with it while importing our shots. One of our team members changed schools while we were planning but they weren't using her as an actor. As for the editing software, we worked that out with our teacher. She payed for another software we could use.

Tilting Conventions

There are no tilting conventions for Romantic comedies, up to my knowledge.
