Shot 1-

We hear rain and thunder as we see "London 1995" shows up on screen with a hotel in the background
There is little lighting

Shot 2-

We see a portrait on the wall of a white man in formal clothes.
The lighting is dim

Shot 3-

We hear music playing from a staticky radio as we see one front desk worker put some mail away and the other reading the paper.
The lighting is still dim
The desk is evenly set up with two lights (evenly places) on the wall behind the workers, flower vases places evenly apart on the desk.

Shot 4-

We hear and see two little kids running into the hotel
The lighting is still dim

Shot 5-

We hear a bag hit the floor and see the front desk worker who is reading the paper look over at the kids.

Shot 6-

We see one of the kids wiping his muddy shoes off on the tile.
The camera only shows the lower half of the kids.

Shot 7-

We see both the workers move over to the left side of the desk and look over to see what the kids are doing, throwing off the symmetrical look of the front desk.

Shot 8-

We see a woman walk into the hotel complaining about getting wet in the rain.
It is a medium close up of the woman.
we see a blurred out woman in the background trying to get the kids under control.

Shot 9-

We see the woman walk up to the desk and the man asks her what she needs help with.
The woman is on the extreme right of the screen with the from desk worker in the middle looking smaller.

Shot 10-

We get a medium shot of the woman centered in the screen
You can see her hair is wet and so are her clothes
She says her name, why she is here, and the name of her room

Shot 11-

We hear the same woman talking off screen but the man is looking to the side looking through a book with reservations
He looks directly at the camera saying he doesn't see the reservation
The Background looks very symmetrical, with the same kind of painting on either side of the screen and the man standing in the middle.

Shot 12-

The camera cuts back to the woman
she visibly looks confused and agitated
Two lamps that are turned are set up the background of the shot along with two paintings places evenly on both side of the screen.

Shot 13-

We get a medium shot of the other lady with both kids in her arms
Both her and the two kids' hair are wet.
The background is not symmetrical.

Shot 14-

We see a man (the manager) come out of the back room asking how he can help.

Shot 15-

We get a medium close up of the two kids as they look at each other and then back to the lady with agitated looks.
We here the lady introduce herself again off screen

We see the woman introducing herself again

The manager says they are fully booked
The front desk workers are standing on the sides of the manager
The screen looks very symmetrical

Shot 18-

We hear the man telling the woman that she can find another hotel to stay at off screen

The woman smile fade a little

The man recommends "China Town" while smiling

Shot 21-

The woman isn't smiling anymore
We hear the other woman say "You can explore Hell" off screen
the woman begins looking in her direction

We get a medium close up of the woman finishing her sentence saying "You dog turd"
She looks mad

Shot 23-

The woman asks to use the hotel phone to call her husband while smiling

Shot 24-

The man has a tight smile on his face as he make a "hmm" sound.

Shot 25-

There is a long shot of a phone booth out in the rain
We see the hotel in the background
We also hear rain and thunder along with a woman talking

Shot 26-

We see the woman with the rest of her family walk back into the hotel with their bag falling all over the place.
The door man looks like he is helping the other woman with the bags and kids.
The woman is walking fast and looks angry
